Food is The best factor in influencing someone's attitude or psychological framing.
There are major three categories of food we eat : Sattvic, Rajasic, and Tamasic or also spelt as Satvik, Rajasik, and Tamasik food. Each of these has a different effect on our physical and mental wellbeing.
Satvik Food:
Foods that calm the mind and are rich in prana (life force) are referred to as sattvic.
With this Both the body and the psyche are revitalised. Sattvic foods improve our mental and physical well-being,which expands our awareness. It aids in reestablishing the equilibrium and harmony of our body and mind.
Rajasik Food:
These foods have been connected to sleeplessness, irritability, rage, and restlessness when consumed in excess. Additionally, they raise the blood's toxicity level.
Tamasik Food:
Tamasic meals create confusions, lethargy, and disorientation as well as mental drowsiness.
Rajas' violent rage can also increase after consuming tamasic food.
