Aahar Vidhi literally translates to "Diet Way." It covers diet and dietary recommendations. Ayurved has a broader perspective of diet than simply eating food. Ayurved advocates eating habits, food quality, and amount depending on an individual's aptitude to digest (Agni), in contrast to current dietetics, which is limited to the concept of calorie consumption.
